The short version
Eject Pro is made by Birkan Aksoy, an independent developer. It started as a simple idea: when a phone speaker sounds muffled after a splash, the right low tone can shake the water out. The app plays that tone, tuned to each phone’s own speaker, and the website offers a simpler version of it for free in any browser.

What sound can and cannot do
Sound can move water that sits in the speaker opening. It cannot repair water damage, dry a charging port or make a device waterproof. For a soaked device, follow the manufacturer’s guidance and an authorised service.
